27–30 August, IEC Expocentre, will host the 22nd MIMS Automechanika Moscow, Russia’s Leading international trade fair for the automotive service industry targeting trade visitors from Russia and Eastern Europe. The Exhibition is organised by ITEMF Expo. The company’s portfolio  also features Busworld Russia powered by Autotrans – international Coach & Bus Show and  COMTRANS– International Commercial Vehicle Auto Show.

1,300 companies from 35 countries will present their goods, services and innovative solutions at the more than 45,000 sq. m. The exhibition will be featured in 13 exhibition halls and in the open area.

This year Poland and Indonesia will present their national pavillions for the first time. Companies from Germany, Italy, France, Korea, China, Turkey, Taiwan and Singapore will demonsrate their new products and the contemporary trends in the automotive market sphere at joint national stands.

Over 27,000 professionals are expected to attend this year. The Exhibition is organized in accordance with specific product groups for the visitors’ convenience. 

Chain Wholesaling Centretm: Automotive goods and Spare parts - the exhibition will host B2B negotiations between Chinese suppliers of goods and services for the automotive after-sales   service industry with representatives of purchasing networks and wholesalers.

50 high-profile chains, importers and dealer centres will have stands in the Chain Wholesaling Centretm. Over 750 negotiations on direct business supplies are planned.

The MMIS exhibition’s business programme

The 9th International Moscow Automotive Forum (IMAF 2018) will be held on 28-29 August.

The main topic of IMAF will be “The new Stage for automotive manufacturing in Russia”. The first day will be dedicated to innovation in the auto manufacturing, electric and self-driving automotive industries. Sergey Pavlov, director of the EU strategic consultancy group, will introduce the new investment regime and strategy for developing suppliers. The plenary session will be supported by the Russian Export Centre. Confirmed speakers include Vyacheslav Burmistrov - Eurasian Economic Commission Deputy Director for Technical Regulation and Accreditation, Yves Karakatsanis - President of Avtovaz, Stefan Teuchert – CEO of BMW Group Russia, Tatiana Gorovaya - General Manager for External and Government Affairs at Nissan Manufacturing RUS, Alexander Gurko - President of GLONASS NCP, Alexei Gogenko - Deputy General Director for Strategic Development of FSUE NAMI, Artyom Fokin - Yandex’s Director of Business Development for drone technologies and Viktor Vasiliyev - Director of External Relations at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus.


Alexander Morozov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, is also expected to make a speech.

The second day will include discussions on localisation of manufacturing operations by corporate buyers and suppliers.
