Even though due to the pandemic the dates of both shows in 2020 were postponed, the organizers had kept the active communications with exhibitors, partners, and key visitors. This approach proved to be efficient - Beviale Moscow and Modern Bakery Moscow minimized their losses in volumes. Due to the ongoing restrictions for international travels, many international exhibitors will present their novelties through Russian partners and distributors.
"It has been two years since the last offline trade fair took place, so our exhibitors are looking forward to meeting the clients live. The high popularity of Beviale Moscow and its immersive support from the industry side strongly indicates that our concept worked out, and the trade fair remains a high-demand platform for the Russian beverage industry", says Thimo Holst, the head of Beviale Moscow in NürnbergMesse.
Eugen Alles, managing director of Messe Frankfurt RUS, addes: "Holding the trade fairs in the traditional live format means a lot for the industry and its players. This is an opportunity to find new ones and support current business contacts, collect full information about the market and perspectives. The pandemic has affected the exhibition industry, but we have intensively implemented the new options for interaction between all target audiences. Nevertheless, face-to-face meetings will always be playing a special role in business.”
Modern Bakery Moscow will be held from March 23 to 26 and will present the full cycle for production, packaging, and sales of bakery and confectionary. After several years, German companies will be again presented at the joint national booth organized by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).The premier of the fringe program will be the international confectionary forum Confex, where participants will discuss the various topics - the trends in the industry, export opportunities, and pandemic influence on the market. Also, the exhibition will be supplied with masterclasses, discussion clubs with the participation of the key market players, and independent experts.
Beviale Moscow will present ingredients, machinery, and packaging for all kinds of beverages. Among the exhibitors are the Bavarian joint booth supported by Bayern International agency and the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.
In the frame of conference "Innovative technologies of viniculture and winemaking" will be given a start of cooperation between Beviale Moscow and Vinitech Innovation Tour. Perspectives of dairy products promotion will be discussed at the "New image of milk in the Russian retail" conference organized by the Dairy News. For the first time, in cooperation with Coca-Cola, Beviale Moscow will cover the actual topic of healthy drinks. Traditionally, the visitors will get a chance to attend the masterclasses, food pairing sessions, conferences dedicated to brewing and soft drinks.
